We kick off every project with a 20-minute video call where we get acquainted, offer insight into our process, and delve into your project scope, budget, and timeline. Following this initial meeting, we'll schedule an in-person site meeting to deeper assess your design preferences, sources of inspiration, desired spatial flow, and your overall vision. In addition, we'll address any questions or specifics you may have. Based on our discussions we’ll put together a customized proposal detailing your scope of work, timeline and budget, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your unique needs & wants.

Now for the fun part! Upon signing your contract, we like to hit the ground running. Starting with our client onboarding process, thoroughly gathering all the essential details needed to start developing your initial concepts. We’ll then schedule a concept meeting to review the overall aesthetic and direction, color palette, floor plan options, and lifestyle preferences; seeking to understand the unique story behind your space. This meeting will serve as an in-depth brainstorming session to understand the unique story behind your project and uncover as many decision-making points as possible. We'll meet several more times to finalize all FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) selections and necessary documentation, as needed. As this phase progresses, it becomes a comprehensive roadmap, guiding us toward a final design that our clients are truly happy with.
In our third phase, our creative vision begins to take shape. We lay the foundation for construction with our detailed drawings, specifications, and a comprehensive construction binder that consolidates all necessary information to ensure a smooth project execution. Prior to this, we bring together our interior and architectural teams, as well as the construction team, to review the project thoroughly. This includes discussing specific details that require precise execution and establishing clear communication protocols to ensure alignment and cohesion among all parties involved.

During our construction management phase, we meticulously oversee the ordering, tracking, and receiving of all items, ensuring a streamlined and efficient delivery process. We will provide weekly updates through a dedicated client portal and maintain clear communication lines to keep you informed about our progress. Our daily coordination with the construction team, suppliers, and vendors ensures that every aspect of your project is executed with precision while giving you peace of mind throughout the entire process.
At Last! The moment we've all been waiting for has arrived. We coordinate a special day (or days) for the delivery of your furniture and the installation of all styling elements, bringing your final design to life. Now, all that's left is to raise a glass to your stunning, new home. Rest assured, you won't be disappointed and we'll bring the bubbly!
