What is EONCURATION

EONCURATION is one of House of Eon's luxury design services, focused entirely on styling at a per room to full home basis for projects in the Denver Area. This service is for clients who aren’t in need of Full-Service Design, but still want assistance in creating a high-level design aesthetic in their own space. The scope of this service is STAGING & STYLING ONLY - meaning home decor, bedding, throw pillows, textiles, window treatments, accessories, art and accents. LUXECURATION will include placement of all pieces through 3rd party movers.

We are currently only servicing EONCURATION projects located in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas.

SERVICE Offerings

01      FEES & MINIMUMS

Minimums

Projects will incur a fee per room, plus the cost of all product placed. Three Room Minimum. $3000 new product total placement minimum.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee will be incurred when a client cancels without rebooking or rescheduling their install day. If a client chooses to cancel within 10 business days of their install day, 50% of their Styling fees will be kept as an assessed cancellation fee. If a client chooses to cancel outside of 10 business days, 100% of their Styling fees will be returned

Rescheduling

A rescheduling fee may be incurred when a client reschedules or postpones their install day. If a client reschedules within 10 business days of their install day, it will result in a $350 rescheduling fee.

Install Termination Fee

Should House of Eon need to terminate the install due to a lack of client compliance, a $650 fee will be assessed along with a rescheduling fee of $350.

Travel Fee

Projects outside of a 25 mile radius from our Denver Warehouse will incur a trip charge of $350. We are currently only servicing projects located within the Denver Metro and surrounding areas.

HOW it WORKS

CONSULTATION
& SCHEDULING

Within two to three business days you will receive an introduction link to schedule a consultation with our design team. We prefer to be in-person at your home, but can also be available to a video calls. We'll discuss your needs, schedule, budget as well as any questions you may have about the process. From there we can tailor a proposal completely unique to you and your scope of work. â€‹

After reviewing all the details of our initial consultation, we'll provide you with a personalize quote including a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, design concepts, materials, and costs.  Once reviewed and approved, we move forward with an agreement that clearly defines the project timeline, deliverables, and terms. Agreement must be signed and deposit paid before we begin designing. 

Based on our initial consultation, we create a tailored design concept that captures the essence of your desired look and feel. This includes mood boards, color palettes, and curated selections of decor, furniture, and accessories. We refine the plan through your feedback, ensuring every detail resonates with your vision. Once those concepts are approved, we move into the sourcing phase, selecting the perfect pieces to bring the design to life. Our team carefully styles the space, arranging each element to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. We handle everything from delivery logistics to final placement, ensuring a seamless execution.

INSTALL & REVEAL DAY!

We are so excited! You've finally confirmed and scheduled your install date. Our team will arrive bright and early with all of your styling components to complete your look! We do ask that your clients leave the property for an extended amount of time to allow our team to work efficiently without disruption. Within a few hours, we’ll be in touch to invite you back into your refreshed spaces!
